NEW Boucher SG-192-UV
This new Boucher Studio Goose SG-192-UV is a masterwork of modern lutherie, handcrafted in Quebec to showcase the extraordinary tonal depth of Boucher’s highest-tier tonewood combinations. Built with a torrefied 5A Master Grade Adirondack Red Spruce soundboard. The back and sides are crafted from striking Master Grade Exotic Ebony, delivering massive projection, pristine clarity, and rich, lingering overtones. Framed in elegant flame maple body binding with a classic herringbone top purfling and a shimmering abalone shell rosette, this instrument balances understated luxury with acoustic power.
Engineered for effortless playability and lifetime reliability, the SG-192-UV features a one-piece South American mahogany neck capped with a solid ebony fingerboard and headplate. The neck profile is anchored by a comfortable 1 3/4" bone nut, 25.5" scale length, and 2.200" string spacing at the bridge, making it equally responsive to delicate fingerstyle passage work and heavy flatpicking. Premium hardware includes vintage-style Gotoh open-gear nickel tuning machines, a bone saddle, and a high-gloss finish that accents the natural depth of the exotic ebony. Complete with a tweed deluxe hard shell case, this flagship Dreadnought delivers the ultimate expression of Boucher's acoustic craftsmanship.
