Mojo City Guitars – Return Policy

All instruments include a 48-hour approval period beginning at confirmed delivery. Mojo City Guitars covers initial shipping to the buyer; however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be approved prior to shipment, and instruments must be returned in the same condition as received. Buyer remains the owner of the instrument until it is shipped back and received by Mojo City Guitars in the same condition in which it originally left the shop. Buyer assumes full responsibility for safe packaging, full insurance coverage, and any damage incurred during return transit.

A restocking fee applies to all approved returns: 10% for instruments made post-2000, 13% for vintage instruments under $10,000, and 15% for vintage instruments over $10,000. These fees reflect non-refundable processing costs and market impact. Returns are intended to ensure accuracy of description and condition; variations in tonal preference, feel, or subjective expectation do not constitute misrepresentation. Consignment, custom, or modified instruments are final sale unless otherwise agreed. Exchanges or store credit may be offered at our discretion and can reduce or waive applicable fees.
